On-stage drawing project: interdisciplinary and collective practices through digital education

In 2024, the book Conversations around Arts Education: Reflections and Shared Experiences from the 1st Congress Territories of Arts Education in Dialogue. Volume 2 was published by UNA Formación Docente.

This publication includes the article “On-stage drawing project: interdisciplinary and collective practices through digital education”, on pages 116 to 122, where I share the experience of the On-stage drawing project, developed since 2016 in public secondary schools with an arts orientation in the City of Buenos Aires, within the framework of the Digital Education Plan of the Ministry of Education of the City of Buenos Aires.

The text presents the development of an artistic-pedagogical proposal that brings together drawing, performing arts, digital culture, and collective work. Through the use of Free Software technologies such as Andiamo and Trazos Club, the project opened spaces for training, experimentation, and creation with teachers and students, connecting live drawing with music, dance, theater, ceramics, mapping, and other languages.

The publication brings together experiences presented at the Congress of the Universidad Nacional de las Artes and makes it possible to share an important stage of this research, in which drawing is understood as a temporal, collective, and interdisciplinary practice, capable of integrating artistic languages and technologies within public educational contexts.
